How do I claim my FREE 1 Year All Access subscription?
To claim your All Access subscription, follow these steps outlined below:

- Fill out the Rebate Form to request a full refund.
That’s it! Creative Fabrica will review your information and issue a refund to your form of payment within a few business days.
What is the offer period?
This offer is currently valid for new Creative Fabrica subscriptions from December 1st, 2023 through May 31st, 2024.

Is this offer available for new/existing cutter owners?
We made sure this awesome offer is available to ALL Romeo and Juliet owners— new and existing! As long as you’ve registered your cutter with Siser, you’re eligible to claim your All Access subscription.
Do I need Leonardo Design Studio Pro to claim this offer?
Not at all! As long as you have a Romeo or Juliet cutter and have registered it to a Siser account, you’re eligible for this offer.
How long does it take to get reimbursement?
The rebate form and reimbursement are being handled by Creative Fabrica, but they estimate that you should receive your full refund within 5 business days.
It’s been 5 business days but I haven’t received my reimbursement yet.

Are the designs/fonts from Creative Fabrica royalty free?
While the designs are not royalty free, your All Access subscription does include commercial licenses for all designs and fonts. This means that you CAN use them to create designs for products that you sell!
