Sublithin Matt LT

PU heat seal material with polyester backing, created for inkjet digital printing & cutting systems with solvent, eco solvent or Latex based inks. Specifically conceived for low temperature transfers on polyester textiles colored with sublimation inks. The special structure and processing of the material create a barrier to the dyes, preventing the “migration” effect and maintaining thus unaltered the original color.
Average film thickness: 110 micron

T.T.D Application Tape


Adhesive Polyester Film for the correct application of digital printing materials .
It is available in 4 different versions: ADVANCED, EASY, EVOLUTION and SPECIAL.

– T.T.D. Advanced – Low tack adhesive Polyester for the application of digital printing products
– T.T.D. Easy – Medium tack adhesive Polyester for the application of digital printing products
– T.T.D. Evolution – HIgh tack adhesive Polyester for the application of digital printing products
– T.T.D. Special – Adhesive Polyester for the application of Easy Subli

The adhesive side of the material is protected with silicon paper.

Application instructions
Remove the protective paper from T.T.D.
Apply the T.T.D. onto the printed logo, manually or using a laminator, avoiding air bubbles
Remove the backing of the digital, printed media
Heat apply following the instructions of the digital media
Remove T.T.D. Advanced according the given instructions for the product in use..

Jetflock Solvent


Heat seal flock material specifically formulated for all general Solvent and Eco-Solvent printing and cutting systems.
It features a high covering power, brilliant colour reproduction and easy handling.
Paper backing.
