1) Open the file in your software
2) Mirror cut the design
3) Weed the exceeding material
4) Insert the heat press pillow to get the pressure needed
5) Place fluo yellow & fluo orange Stripflock® Pro on the sweatpants
6) Heat apply at 155°C for 15 seconds (medium pressure)
7) Peel carrier warm
